Richard Slater - Consultant, Recruiter, and Coach (CEO)

With a distinction at MBA in Strategy and Procurement, Richard provides invaluable insight to his teaching, and is committed to providing a fantastic learner experience, inspiring students to continuously learn and improve.
Leading and recruiting divisional and departmental teams, Richard has a clear perspective on how to recruit and develop resources, aligned to both organisational culture and business strategy.
Natalie Santer – Assistant to the CEO
Training, Recruitment and Consultancy
Natalie serves as a primary point of contact for information across the organisation.
Natalie works closely with multiple departments to ensure efficient execution, provide operational leadership, and support the ongoing efficiency of the organisation.
With a passion to get things done, Natalie oversees day-to-day operations across the group, including matters related to sales, customer service, finance, recruitment and course scheduling.
Paul Jackson - Consultant, Trainer and Coach
Training and Consultancy
Paul is one of those people that you never forget, a highly regarded procurement and supply chain consultant, trainer, and coach, holding FCIPS accreditation and bringing more than 20 years of international experience advising clients such as Chevron, BAE Systems, JP Morgan, and Coca‑Cola.
Paul is recognised for his technical proficiency, effective coaching methods, and utilisation of practical examples.
Paul is lead author of “The Sustainable Business” and “102 Models of Procurement and Supply Chain Management”, and has contributed to various other professional publications.
Mark Parker – Director of Commercial Courses and Trainer
Training
Mark possesses more than 30 years of expertise in procurement and supply chain management, having collaborated with organizations such as Unilever, International Paper, BAE Systems, and UNIDO to advance efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
As an MCIPS-accredited professional, Mark established Aspire Procurement Training in 2012 and for more than a decade, has been dedicated to developing future skilled procurement and supply chain specialists.
In addition, Mark leads our one- and two-day commercial courses, which are tailored to enhance the capabilities of supply chain teams.

Cheryl oversees learner experience and success for our apprenticeship programmes.
With over twenty years in apprenticeship delivery and quality assurance, she has developed training programmes that strengthen employee skills. Cheryl has served as an IQA, Quality Manager, and Head of Learning and Development.
Her expertise in paediatrics and child development further highlights her dedication to safeguarding and accessible education.
Rachelle Quinton – Head of Centre
Training
Rachelle is responsible for overseeing professional qualifications, providing leadership to both tutors and student champions in supporting learners throughout their courses and examinations. She holds MCIPS accreditation and is recognized for her personable and engaging approach to teaching.
With extensive experience in procurement, including managing contracts for global energy providers, Rachelle consistently achieves results within tight deadlines. Her commitment to learner achievement and deep industry knowledge equip her to deliver high-quality training for future professionals in procurement and supply chain management.
